Project Description

• Phase I-Renovation one story (87,500 sq. ft.) of an existing two-story retail department store.• Added new MEP systems/roof and the build-out of classrooms, administrative spaces and a full service kitchen.• Phase II-Renovation of second story (70,000) to build out additional classrooms to accommodate the middle school students and provide additional administrative space.
