Project Description

• Acquisition of a former church situated on 5.91 acres of land.

• Phase I included gut renovation of an 11,000 sf former church/school building w/ 10 classrooms and specialty rooms, restrooms, a warming kitchen, administrative space, updated HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and bringing the building up to code.

• Phase II and Phase III included/s the addition of 10,000 sf of temporary modular units (7 + restroom facility).

• Phase IV, began in summer 2021 and was completed in 2022, adding 30,000 sq.ft. of a new three story-education building.
