Thomas Forster, Financial Analyst

Thomas (TJ) Forster, CSDC's Financial Analyst and Underwriter, is a Certified Public Accountant whose responsibilities include performing due diligence, feasibility analysis, financial modeling and structuring, and underwriting for all transactions, including CDFI loans and credit enhancements nationally, and for property development projects in the western U.S.  He is also responsible for portfolio monitoring of all charter school clients participating in any of the organization's programs.

Prior to joining CSDC in 2010, TJ worked in public accounting as an auditor and tax accountant at a national firm, gaining a wide range of experience in financial auditing, not for profit accounting, analysis of financial statements and tax preparation.

TJ holds a Bachelor's of Accountancy with a real estate and finance concentration from the University of San Diego.
