Rebecca Secrest, Vice President

Rebecca Secrest, CSDC's Vice President, is responsible for the program's portfolio monitoring and lease management, acting as a liaison between CSDC and its charter school clients, commercial banks and landlords. Working with facilities development projects from predevelopment through completion, Rebecca represents CSDC as the property manager on all CSDC-owned facilities. Rebecca is also the Assistant Corporate Secretary of CSDC, working closely with the President and Board of Directors.

Prior to joining CSDC in 2006, Rebecca worked in the financial industry in both the fixed income and equity sides of the industry. After leaving the financial industry, she focused her career on marketing as the primary Marketing Coordinator for a transportation engineering firm.

Rebecca received her MBA through the University of Maryland's Executive Program and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
